How to participate as player - Swiss Unity League: Lorcana
Abstract
The Swiss Unity League: Lorcana is a collaborative tournament series across various Disney Lorcana events in Switzerland.
Players collect points at any Lorcana event to qualify for an end of year championship.
How to collect points
To collect points at local and international tournaments, please follow these steps:
1. Inform your local tournament organizer
For you to receive points, your local organizer needs to register their events for the league. Hence it's essential that you inform your local gaming store (LGS) or other independent organizers about the opportunity to participate in the league and award points.
2. Define your League-ID
Your full name will be the identifier used to track your points across platforms. Therefore it's really important that you use the identical full name on all tournament apps.
2.1 Register your name
Create an account on Unity League to register your name and receive your League-ID.
To pick a unique full name as your identifier, consider the following:
- Use your first and last name with a space in between, for example "Elliot Carter".
- Also include your middle name, for example "John Bob Smith", if your name is common.
Next you will need to double check that you use the exact same name in all tournament apps. If it's different from your League-ID, you can change it as described below.
2.2 Change your name in tournament apps
Here are some tutorials how you can change your name in the most popular tournament apps:
Ravensburger Play Hub
- Open tcg.ravensburgerplay.com and login
- Go to Profile & Settings > Player Profile
- Under 'Display name' enter your First Name and Last Name with a space in between.
From now on all your Play Hub results will be reported to your Unity League account. If you've already participated in the past under a different name, please contact us to have your results transferred.
Melee
- Open Melee.gg and login
- Go to Manage Your Account Settings
- Make sure Display username by default is not checked
- Go to Profile
- Click on Edit next to your First Name and Last Name
- Enter your names and Save
Note, after changing your Melee settings, it might take 2-3 days for results to be moved to your Unity League account.
3. Report inaccurate/missing results
In case the results of a tournament are incorrect or missing, it's your responsibility to report this to the organizer of the event within 14 days. You can find their email in the details of the event.
If the tournament organizer is unable to correct the error, please contact us.
