After watching a video called “RED DECK WINS” in Summer 2022, Anushanth's descent into competitive Magic began. He jumped straight into Modern with Boros Burn. After adopting Temur Rhinos as his deck in 2023, he qualified for the SUL Invitational 2023 (where he experienced a row of humbling defeats). He proved himself a SUL mainstay by attending the Invitationals 2024 and 2025. Moreover, he reached a milestone by qualifying for the Modern Regional Championship in Antwerp 2025 (going 5-3 there).
